CHALLENGES
Bolloré Logistics had a complex mix of network technologies and suppliers at multiple Australian sites, leading to poor and inconsistent quality of services and support. Arrow was tasked with providing support and delivering expansion Australia-wide in remote regional areas where data connectivity can be challenging to deliver.
Arrow was also provided the challenge of migrating multiple services from various providers to deliver centralised support and a fully managed solution. In addition to providing a road map to open a new office location with tight time constraints to deliver an integrated voice and data solution.
SOLUTION SUMMARY
Bolloré Logistics presented Arrow with a set deadline and build cost for installation of infrastructure and operations at their new Erskine Park site. There were ongoing issues with service reliability and support responsiveness that were having a direct impact on the business bottom line.
During the installation of the new fibre connections, Arrow supplied the site with a copper based Ethernet connection for network and internet access to continue at the site, keeping Bolloré Logistics operational during the transition to high speed fibre solutions.

Bolloré Logistics has been a client of Arrow since 2009 and continues their business with us to this day, due to our vigilance in making sure all their business telecommunication and technology requirements are met with swift results.
We upgraded an outdated copper line solutions to high speed fibre connections, consolidated billing to one provider and one expert support source, and provided redundancy through multiple data services to meet Bolloré Logistics high availability expectations
