A multi-site hospitality group with venues spanning Sydney’s beaches, approached Arrow Voice & Data for help in unifying communications across their locations. With over nine venues—including restaurants and events spaces—spread across a mix of remote and semi-urban sites, they faced several infrastructure challenges: 

  • Limited copper and mobile coverage, especially in remote locations.
  • No existing carrier solution capable of bringing all sites online.
  • Disjointed IT and communications systems, causing inefficiencies and missed customer enquiries.
  • A desire to centralise communications through a cloud contact centre, improving customer experience for bookings and enquiries.
  • No consistent network or Wi-Fi service available for staff and guests.
