A multi-site hospitality group with venues spanning Sydney’s beaches, approached Arrow Voice & Data for help in unifying communications across their locations. With over nine venues—including restaurants and events spaces—spread across a mix of remote and semi-urban sites, they faced several infrastructure challenges:
- Limited copper and mobile coverage, especially in remote locations.
- No existing carrier solution capable of bringing all sites online.
