The Challenge
A group of family-oriented holiday parks across regional Victoria approached Arrow with significant communication challenges. Spread across large sites across Victoria, the business was relying on a mix of outdated tools: personal mobile phones, two-way radios, and basic telephony services.
These limitations led to poor internal communication, slow response times, and inconsistent service delivery—especially during guest check-ins, EFTPOS transactions, and operational coordination between staff and locations.
To better serve guests and operate more efficiently, the organisation needed to:

The Solution
