Telemarketer – Temporary Contract

Located in the CBD due to expansion is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and experienced Temporary Telesales person for this fast paced, professional B2B environment.

Dealing exclusively in the SME Business to Business market, working from sales leads provided you will utilise your communication skills to discuss business products with these potential clients passing those leads to the sales force.

The successful candidate must have precise and professional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage potential clients in a sales conversation. You MUST have past experience in an outbound business to business environment and have worked to strong call / sales targets.

Customer Service Consultant – Full Time

Arrow is seeking a quality customer service person to work with our clients.Working only with the business sector the role will require you to respond to client enquiries on service and resolve any issues they may have in regards to Faults and Billing enquiries.

It is ESSENTIAL the successful candidate has past local experience in customer service within the local Telecommunications industry (within the last two years) and be used to dealing with business customers and their ongoing voice and data needs.

You will have strong listening, communication and empathy skills, be proficient in MS Office and enjoy taking care of customer’s needs.

  • Strong voice and data product trouble shooting ability
  • Modem configuration experience
  • Exposure to PABX fault trouble shooting

Only Candidates with recent local Telecommunications experience will be considered for this position.
Whilst experience with PABX is desirable it is not essential to secure this fabulous opportunity.

Service Delivery Specialist – Full Time

Working only with the business sector the role will require you to oversee the installation of Phone Systems, Voice & Data Services, Cloud Voice & Data solutions, Conferencing and Unified Communications services with the highest level of professionalism.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of all installations and the coordination onto client sites. This role has a presales element as you will be providing the sales team with ongoing management of the presales solution design and overseeing the installation once the sale is complete.

  • Understanding of telecommunications networks and experience in provisioning, VoIP, PSTN, ISDN, Cloud, Data Centre, SIP & Broadband services
  • Foundation knowledge of routers / network design and general telecommunications trouble shooting
  • Co-ordination of assurance visits with Field Technician at site
  • Management and monitoring VoIP Hosted phone systems
  • Be able to demonstrate their knowledge of traditional PABX and Hosted Voice systems
  • Possess good project management and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in order to deal directly with clients on their technical and specific requirements
